Returns and refunds

You can return a product within 14 calendar days of receiving it.

The returned product(s) must not be opened and used, and in their original package.

The cost of returning the product back to us (DKK 45) is covered by the customer.

How to return a product

  • Product condition

    Make sure the product is not opened, not used, and in its original packaging.

    Products which arrive to us in used condition or with broken packaging will not be refunded.

  • Get a shipping label

    Write to us at help@veneciaskin.com and we will create one for you.

    The cost of the shipping label is DKK 45 , and will be deducted from your refund.

    Pack the product securely and attach the shipping label, and send it back to us.

  • Refund is on the way

    Once we have received the product, and ensured it is in the condition necessary, we will initiate a refund within 2 business days.

    Note it might take additional days for your bank to receive it.
